The Blackpool Block Party takes place in August on Great William O'Brien Street, in Blackpool, Cork, and is a celebration of community and everything local.It's a fun filled family afternoon that brings a carnival atmosphere to the streets of Blackpool with an eclectic mix of live music, children’s entertainment, food, art, drama, dancing, arts workshops, acrobatics, crafts, and free giveaways, including local produce from the fabulous community gardens that have sprung up all over the Northside of Cork City.If you're from the area and want to get involved in helping us build the next festival, which is on Sunday 23rd August, please get in touch.
